Downtown San Jose
Team building in San Jose. Play beyond the meeting room.
Bring your colleagues together through physical game challenges, live scoring, and friendly competition. Plan an offsite, onboarding outing, or team celebration for 10–60 players in downtown San Jose.

The experience
Get the whole team in the game.
Eight rooms, different strengths
React to lights in Reach, dodge lasers in Lightwave, and work together on the Pixel XL floor. Games have multiple difficulty levels, so colleagues can play at their own pace.
A plan for your group size
Groups of 10–60 can arrange team events. Up to 30 players can play at the venue at once; larger teams use rotating sessions. Tell us your headcount so we can plan play time for each group.
Competition with a shared score
Split into squads, try different rooms, and compare your live scores. Tell us whether you want a relaxed outing or a team-versus-team challenge so we can help shape the format.
Make it work for your company
Ask about weekday daytime slots and private buyouts. Invoicing and a W-9 are available on request. Share accessibility needs before booking so we can discuss suitable rooms.
Looking for exclusive use? Ask for a private venue buyout in your inquiry. A group event does not automatically reserve the whole venue.

A sample team event plan
Use this as a planning outline, not a fixed event timetable. Choose 60 or 90 minutes of play per session. For teams above 30, we’ll confirm rotations and the total event length in your quote.
01
Arrive and form squads
Arrive about 10 minutes before your confirmed start for check-in, wristbands, and the game briefing. Decide who will play together and how you want to compare scores.
02
Play and rotate
Explore the rooms during your 60- or 90-minute session. For a larger team, a possible format is two cohorts playing in successive sessions; confirm start times and plans for the waiting cohort with us.
03
Compare your scores
Finish with a score recap and team photo outside active rounds. If you want food, a longer gathering, or exclusive space, include those plans in your inquiry.
Build your budget
A starting point for your quote
Group pricing starts at the regular play rate: $38 per player for 60 minutes or $50 for 90 minutes. Ask about larger-group and weekday daytime discounts.
Standard group bookings have no additional host or table fees. These examples use regular per-player rates before any applicable group discounts. Your quote confirms the final price, schedule, and table arrangements. Exclusive use of the entire venue is quoted separately as a private buyout.
20-player budgeting example
- 60 minutes · 20 × $38
- $760
- 90 minutes · 20 × $50
- $1000
A deposit holds the date; the balance is due on the day. Group headcounts can be adjusted up to 48 hours before. Confirm deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms in your event quote before paying.
Before you book
Team event planning questions
Can all 60 people play at once?
No. The venue accommodates up to 30 players at once. Events above that size need rotating sessions; we’ll agree the cohorts, each group’s play time, and the overall schedule before you book.
Do we have to be athletic?
No. Games offer multiple difficulty levels and involve different skills, including reactions, accuracy, and coordination. Some rooms involve running or ducking. Tell us about accessibility needs so we can discuss which rooms will work for your team.
Is a team event private?
Exclusive use is arranged as a venue buyout. Request it in your inquiry so your quote can specify private access and timing. A regular group session does not automatically include exclusivity.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Water is welcome, but other food and drinks stay outside game rooms. Private buyouts can include outside food and drink. Describe your catering or gathering plans so we can confirm the arrangements for your event.
Can you provide an invoice and W-9?
Yes, both are available on request. Include your company name, preferred date, headcount, and any procurement requirements in the inquiry.
