Birthday bookings include a dedicated host to run the games. Tell us the players’ ages and group size so we can help plan the visit around your crew.
Room for cake and presents
Reserve a table before and after play, and bring your own cake and decorations. Your quote will confirm the table time, setup arrangements, and any food plans.
Ages 8+
All players must be at least 8. Players under 12 need an adult in their group who is also playing. Include participating adults in your player count; ask us about younger guests who will only watch.
Looking for exclusive use? Ask for a private venue buyout in your inquiry. A group event does not automatically reserve the whole venue.

Meet your host
Arrive about 10 minutes before the confirmed play time for check-in, wristbands, and a briefing. Confirm decoration setup and table access in advance.

Spend 60 or 90 minutes exploring the eight rooms. Replay favorites, compare scores, and try something new with your group and host.

Celebrate at the table
Gather for cake and presents outside the game rooms during your agreed table time. Bring your cake and decorations, and tell us beforehand about snacks, serving supplies, or other setup needs.
Build your budget
A starting point for your quote
Group pricing starts at the regular play rate: $38 per player for 60 minutes or $50 for 90 minutes. Ask about larger-group and weekday daytime discounts.
Standard group bookings have no additional host or table fees. These examples use regular per-player rates before any applicable group discounts. Your quote confirms the final price, schedule, and table arrangements. Exclusive use of the entire venue is quoted separately as a private buyout.

A deposit holds the date; the balance is due on the day. Group headcounts can be adjusted up to 48 hours before. Confirm deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms in your event quote before paying.

Birthday planning questions
Is this a party for young children?
Players must be 8 or older. Under-12 players need an adult playing in their group. Younger children may come along to watch, but cannot enter game rooms during an active round. Ask us about spectator arrangements when you inquire.
Are adults included in the player count?
Include every adult who will play in your headcount, including adults accompanying under-12 players. We’ll confirm the full player count and any non-playing guests in your quote.
How long do we have the table?
Birthday bookings have a reserved table before and after the session. The exact table windows and total party length are confirmed with your quote; the 60- or 90-minute session describes play time.
Can we bring cake and decorations?
Yes. Keep cake, snacks, and other food outside the game rooms. Tell us about your food, decorations, and setup needs so we can confirm table arrangements and what to bring.
Will the whole venue be ours?
A birthday booking does not automatically include exclusive use. Ask for a private buyout if you want all eight rooms just for your group.
What happens after we send an inquiry?
We’ll reply within one business day with a quote and available times. A deposit holds the date and the balance is due on the day. Confirm cancellation and rescheduling terms in your quote before paying.
